We loved everything about this stay. Staff were extremely friendly especially room service. Our favorite feature was the Skyway leading directly to the Cleveland Clinic. We will be staying here again.

The hotel was very nice and super convenient while going to Cleveland Clinic. The walkway between the hotel and hospital made things super easy. The front desk staff was professional and friendly. The room was nice, although the bed was a little hard for my liking.

I opened the bar just to look what's there but did not took anything. And for that I was charged $11. I asked receptionist to return me money, and they promised but did not return. In addition, it's a very expensive hotel, with nothing special. The only thing what is excellent, is close location to all medical offices, that's why we choose it.
