I stayed at Hotel Cleveland for a conference and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Carl at the front desk, who helped me get a Hotel Cleveland pin—a thoughtful touch that made my stay more memorable. The lounge serves great drinks, and I really enjoyed the hotel’s historic charm. Being able to walk indoors to JACK Casino was convenient, too. A lovely place to stay!

Loved the large rooms. the staff was helpful. The only two things I would improve: 1. the valet area is small and not terribly convenient 2. the diffusers/scent might be a little strong. It smells nice, just intense. A wonderful place to stay in Cleveland, food was excellent.

An old elegance to the building. Stayed for work, but if ever back in cleveland for a game or with kids kind of fun to go back in time with the chandeliers, high ceilings, etc. Great bar too.
