Stayed one night. Hotel sadly smells dingy and of old cigarette smoke even though signs state 100% smoke free. Great staff and great location. Breakfast was OK. I would not bring kids here it just isn't family friendly.

For an older building it was remarkably clean and well maintained. Thought it was strange that it didn't have a restaurant. But then only 2 blocks away was a large variety of restaurants to choose from! All staff very accomodating

Excellent facility within a stunning architectural beauty! Building dates back to 1845 and the modernization is beautiful while still maintaining original features. Large spacious suites with vaulted ceilings and so very comfortable. Close to Progressive Field and many other amenities/locations. Not very far from the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame...good walk or quick Uber/drive. Would definitely go back to this hotel!

The room was clean and had a cool view. The AC didn’t work perfectly (but we figured out turn it off and on again rebooted it). Comfy bed and we had a jetted tub which was very nice. The free breakfast was a great way to start the day. The staff there was super friendly and accommodating. One of them even remembered us from last year!

I chose this Holiday Inn Express because of the low rate on Expedia and the property’s proximity to the House of Blues where I was attending a concert. The hotel is also easy to get to via the RTA red line train from the airport to Tower City station which is a short walking distance to the hotel. The front desk staff was very courteous, efficient, and helped answer my questions about the services available such as luggage storage which they do provide. My room was more spacious than I expected, was clean when I arrived, and the bed was very comfy. I’d definitely stay here again for future visits to downtown Cleveland.
