We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland/Independence. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The front desk team, especially Michelle, was especially helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to assist with our needs. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel also offers great free parking, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, excellent customer service, a clean room, and a hassle-free experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

I would like to preface that the staff was very friendly and they did try to accommodate my husband and I. This property is extremely outdated and both rooms we were replaced and had an extreme musky odor and a bit like a wet dog.

I did like the stay just my room was not cleaned there was no disturbed sign day 2 and 3 even though my stay was for shopping and there was 2 big garbage bags with boxes overall the breakfast was excellent Carol who was serving the breakfast was extremely excellent thank you for being attentive and also the front desk team as well.
