It looked like an old property. Room was not clean, dusty and smelled really bad. AC unit was smelling like burnt hair. We called reception to check if they can switch room. The lady said she will check and give a call. Guess what, she didn’t even bother to call back. We had to spend sleepless night. Clearly one of the worst Hampton Inn experience. Lastly it would so nice if staff can greet and welcome with a smile. The lady was talking as if they were doing a favor by giving us the room. Please train your staff.
