Clean hotel, very friendly staff, I had to catch a plane before breakfast was served, so unfortunately I cannot comment on that. Overall a really nice place…and Cleveland was a blast! The parking situation leaves something to be desired, but thats how things are these days

It was a good hotel with valet parking services and close to downtown venues. The room was nice, beds comfy and nice bathroom. One elevator was not working so a bit of a wait time getting up and down.
