We really enjoyed our stay. Its was nice having all everything you'd have at home rather than being in a hotel with a small refrigerator no stove etc. There was a great restaurant located right outside our apt door. It very quiet location other than what you'd hear on the street. I highly recommend.

Review of Superior Living

Location and amount of space were very good, however, the floor was dirty and the furniture had stains and should be replaced.

There were previous reviews that commented on it not being very clean. We brought a bunch of cleaning supplies and our own linens. We ended up not needing any of it. The rooms, furniture, and linens were spotless. The only issue is there is an area under the stairs to the lower level that is inaccessible, so thing that fall onto the stairs and then down under it cannot be retrieved. It is just a design flaw and not the fault of owners. Parking and entry to the building is secure.

Complicated to book and enter the property. I had to download an app which didn't work and then call a helpline 3 times before someone answered. But decent location near food and shopping. Could have been cleaned better upon our arrival. No soap or toiletries in the bathrooms.

The apartment was wonderful and very reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable. We could not get the TV to work. That was a bit disappointing. We had some trouble getting into the apartment with the codes. The people told us we would get a code 24 hours in advance and they never gave it to me. I had to contact them to get it.

I have never stayed anywhere that was this dirty. You walk on and immediately smells like someone has smoked in there. Then there was food and hair in the living room. The fridge reeked and was very dirty. The worst part of the whole stay was the bathroom. The floor was covered in hair and dirt. Looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The shower floor had hair on it and to top it all off we only had one towel the entire time.

I stayed here for a business trip. It was cost effective, good mood, containing all necessary stuff. I noticed that some review doesn't evaluate this property highly, but in my experience it was very satisfactory. The management reply my message very carefully and kind.

Not at all like the listing! Also waiting for a $250 deposit. We had to leave 15 minutes once we arrived! So smelly of smoke and dirty! Bedroom was in a basement! Linens smelled and stained.
