There were previous reviews that commented on it not being very clean. We brought a bunch of cleaning supplies and our own linens. We ended up not needing any of it. The rooms, furniture, and linens were spotless. The only issue is there is an area under the stairs to the lower level that is inaccessible, so thing that fall onto the stairs and then down under it cannot be retrieved. It is just a design flaw and not the fault of owners. Parking and entry to the building is secure.

The apartment was wonderful and very reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable. We could not get the TV to work. That was a bit disappointing. We had some trouble getting into the apartment with the codes. The people told us we would get a code 24 hours in advance and they never gave it to me. I had to contact them to get it.

Complicated to book and enter the property. I had to download an app which didn't work and then call a helpline 3 times before someone answered. But decent location near food and shopping. Could have been cleaned better upon our arrival. No soap or toiletries in the bathrooms.

They shouldn’t be allowed to be on here! I called Expedia to take them down. The place wasn’t clean. Dirty. The reviews are correct. They reply quickly. I couldn’t check-in with the code they gave me. No toilet paper or soap. I had to contact them. Used dirty soap container. Dish washer full of dirty dishes.

The loft was not clean but I brought my own cleaning supplies and no WiFi or tv the whole stay it is broken and it’s been two weeks they stole my 250 dollar deposit I keep calling won’t let you speak to anyone else and has yet to return my money and now they won’t answer the phone all together they are just stealing
