Budget but served a purpose

This is very definitely a budget hotel. Very cheap and very basic. The air conditioning unit didn't work, but the TV did. The beds were a little lumpy but the linen was clean. The toilet/shower pod was showing its age but was clean and everthing worked. It really was just a place to rest our heads on a long journey so it was as expected.

As a cheap hotel, my expectation was rock bottom. I just wanted a bed in an air conditioned room. Somehow, they screwed it up! I arrived after a long drive to a sign apologising for the lack of a/c in French. I had to ask the receptionist if this referred to the rooms too. It did. On one of the hottest days. Wonderful! This alone was a pain and I was stuck without the room. Once getting to the room, the keycard stopped working almost immediately, which led to several frustrating trips to reception, after which we discovered that the door would open itself sometimes sans card. I had to hit the supermarket before it closed and got very annoyed by the constant issues. I eventually got a new room. Great! Except the fan wasn't working. There was only one socket in the whole room and the soap was empty. Okay, it was cheap, I can't expect....wait, what's that? A beetle infestation and the door also didn't lock? Not just a few beetles, but tens of them creeping through the door seals and getting everywhere. I even awoke in the night to find two on me! I also had to angle the bed against the door to stop it from being opened. The next morning, I mentioned the infestation - resigned to the fact that this was the worst hotel experience of my life - and I've stayed in cheap hotels in third world countries! The girl on reception presented a print out with a beetle and a cockroach and asked me which it was. Apparently they come out in the heat. Just not at other nearby hotels!

Accueil très sympa au téléphone comme sur place. Grosse surprise lorsque nous entrons ds notre chambre a 22h, la poignée ne fonctionne pas, donc impossible de refermer la porte et de la verrouiller. Comme le numéro de tel d urgence ne figure pas sur la facture mais sur la porte du RDC (il fait moins 4°, donc plutôt que de ressortir téléphoner, nous bloquons la porte de la chambre avec un lit. Douche tellement étroite que se retourner sans se retrouver coller au rideau est impossible. A côté de ça, un tarif très correct pour dormir au chaud.

Chauffage qui fonctionnait pas

Bonjour nous avons séjourner une nuitée propreté laisse à désiré odeur mais le pire c est qu on a pas dormir tellement on a eu froid le chauffage marchait au ralenti et la sœur qui était à côté pareil même remarque ils étaient gelé atroce Du coup mon beau frere voulait faire une réclamation pour avoir par exemple des petits déjeuners gratuit quand il est descendu il a vu un buffet loin d être garni …du coup on a rien demander du tout écœurer…et le distributeur aussi 4 e le kinder Bueno 4 e Bref a fuire

Nous sommes arrivés à 3h du matin. Nous avons tapé notre nom et notre prénom sur la borne. Impossible le check In était déjà fait. Heureusement, nous avons appelé un Numero. La dame a été adorable et nous a expliqué que il s'était trompé à l'accueil et que ils avaient donné notre chambre à une autre personne. Nous avons été obligé de taper le nom et le prénom de cette personne pour obtenir notre chambre, autant vous dire qu'à 3h du matin passe 20 minutes devant la borne, j'avais envie de tout casser une chose est sûre, je n'y retournerai pas et peut-être même pas Dans un hôtel du même groupe la chambre était très vétuste et pas très propre plein de choses cassées. Bref une catastrophe je veux bien que nous avons payé pas cher mais il y a un minimum.
