Absolutely lovely experience. Our second time at this hotel. The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel room was kept clean and was so quiet. Fully recommend this hotel for short or long stays!

Hotel is close to old center. We loved the view from our room over city and cathedral. Hotel served great breakfast with all fresh products. Never heard of Alexandre Vialatte, but this hotel really goes a long distance to honor this man.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, l'accueil et la prise en compte des desiderata personnels en terme de confort et surclassement demandés en amont sont très décevants car non pris en compte. Aucun effort fait sur place à l'arrivée pour trouver une solution, attente très longue à la réception, attente encore plus longue pour prendre un verre au bar. Impression d'être face à une équipe indifférente aux attentes de ses clients. Dans la salle de bains, le sèche-serviettes était complètement poussiéreux et visiblement quelqu'un avait oublié quelques poils dans la baignoire.Flacon de produits de toilettes quasi vides.

bel hôtel bien situé. Personnel accueillant. Chambres corrects même si salle de bain un peu ancienne. Petit gym suffisant. Si je reviens à Clermont Ferrand j'y retournerai avec plaisir !
