The staff on reception were lovely. Sadly the room stank of smoke and tops had not been cleaned. We tolerated the smell because we needed a nap after a lonj journey. I left my phone on the side charging and when I woke it was stuck to the top of the bedside cupboard. I put the light on and there were class rim marks and other stains that had now been cleaned. A member of staff came and cleaned the top,but it felt like the room needed a proper clean. It's a shame as we had stayed in the executive sweet before and it was good. We were not offered a different room and were too tired to move to other accommodation, so we sufferrred the smell of nicotine during our overnight stay. The breakfast was amazing and again staff friendly.
