Staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. Quiet neighborhood. Would like the dining room to be open more, I'm not faond of eating in the bar. Overall a pleasant stay. Would do it again .

Good stay

Beds were actually comfortable. It was quiet and clean. Restaurant was good and friendly. Love the private living and bedroom area in the king suite, with a bedroom door. Roomy.

Nice Stay for What We Needed It For

We stayed here as we do every year for a family reunion in Clearlake. The only issue was that the shower did not get hot at all. Otherwise, the room was everything that we hoped for.

Not my best stay.

We have stayed there in the past and everything was fine. This time, the bed was so uncomfortable, pillows were uncomfortable. I felt like I was getting bites. I didn't actually sleep. Left so tired.

A/c was not working and even turned the system off, room was above 76 even in winter, pool area was not properly maintained and no towels. Rooms phones not working, kind of very old feel came in. Could see homeless people around a lot and sometims lifts were smelling.

It sucked

I had to leave earlier because I couldn't get any sleep because of the party going on upstairs and the couple fighting next door . And the hotel didn't do anything about it at all Whenever I checked in I asked the clerk to give me a room away from everyone because I had an early meeting in the morning.

The staff was very friendly, site was comfortable quiet, beds were good. Did have a little bit of a musty smell. Our AC worked great my sister who was in another room did not work so well. This was my second visit in two weeks and both times had issues with the TV.

Not my 1st Choice in Clearlake

Check in was easy. My room was right off the elevator but the bedroom is back far enough that it wasn't noisy. The noise came from the street traffic (very noticeable). Room was large with a "living room" with couch that had pull out bed, a sink area with microwave and refrigerator, and separate bedroom. Bathroom shower had hair in it and the floor is in poor condition. There is a large patch on the ceiling in the bedroom and the carpet looks like it's about 30 years old. It's right across the street from a grocery store and restaurant. I wouldn't walk around here at night. The choices are slim in Clearlake so it's an adequate hotel. I prefer the Clearlake Cottages which are right on the water and further away from street traffic.

This place way overcharges and is running outdated everything. Avoid this area in general tons of crackheads and police activity. Tons of noise through paper thin windows can hear people talking in parking lot at any time. Not to mention traffic noise. Outdated furniture and amenities from 1980. Holes in the bath area and plugs that are unscrewed and sitting beside it. Poor water pressure in many rooms toilets barely flush. Trash left behind chairs and visible grime on tables/surfaces. Stay elsewhere for less money for better facility. This hotel should be half the price it charges you can stay at WorldMark, Hampton Inn, the Hilton Marriott and Westin for cheaper than this pile of junk.
