“Will stay there again, excellent price and location”

“I paid full board including the evening meals as a birthday treat for my wife, which was quite a bit extra, but at the end of our stay they charged me again for dinners. The receptionist said that becouse I had not booked directly through them I was not entitled to do this, which ment paying twice for the meals, and that I was misinformed by the waitress who had said that the meals would be deducted from my final bill. The staff where very nice but didn't seem to know much about this situation...

“This place could be a 10 out of 10 if they upgradeed décor and deep cleaned the rooms! Had to have room cleaned after I found a number of things I wasn't happy with! The spa looks amazing and at a high standard even though I haven't had the pleasure of a treatment whilst visiting! Gym looked really good aswel with modern equipment! Pool is nice and changing facilities okay! Room smelt like breath! Floor needed vacuuming as had food and hair all over itCarpet was dirty and had stains and holes...
