The breakfast is also fantastic and included in the room price.”

“I booked and paid for a specific room through Expedia which included a sofa bed. When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a completely different room with a double bed and no sofa bed. I am disabled and have mobility difficulties, so being placed on the second floor was difficult for me.
