Great place for the price. It was clean and comfortable. The sofa bed isnt great for 2 adults - but for 1 adult or 1 adult and a small child it was great.

This is a good stop off point going to St Johns. Nothing fancy! Has what you need and very clean and new upkeep as far as the furnishings and decorating! Had fridge, comfortable bed, shower, and tv.

Bed was terrible but after a couple of phone calls the bed got replaced by a new one. However the new one was a double, comfortable but not great for a couple. Couldn't get the single coffe maker to work. Good location.

The location was convenient and suited our purposes. The room was clean; however, the bed had a dip in the middle that you rolled into when sleeping. We didn’t use the kitchen like we had planned. There were workers staying there and the kitchen was a bit of a mess and the microwave was dirty inside. The washer and dryer were convenient. FYI it costs $1.25. One $ and 1 quarter. I reached out to the management and never received an answer.

The stay was okay and the room was clean, with a comfortable bed, but maintenance and communication issues were disappointing. Room & Amenities: The futon frame was broken, making it unusable, and the admin said no one could be sent to fix it. There were no chairs or tables in the room (only in the common kitchen). The TV showed only one channel, and the remote had an unusual design with no instructions, making it hard to navigate. Kitchen: The common kitchen was spacious, well-equipped, and had a large sitting area. Plenty of Keurig pods were supplied, but there was no Keurig machine—only a drip maker with filters. We had to empty ground coffee from the pods into the filters to make coffee. Whitener was available. Check-in & Lock Issues: The door code system needs major improvement. The code was sent at the last minute, which was stressful given the very sketchy cellular signal in the area. Worse, the code was for the wrong date and didn't work. We managed to call the admin while standing outside to get the right code, but if our phone battery had died, we would have been stranded. Lock codes should be confirmed in advance and sent to guests at least a couple of days before arrival. Overall, it works as a basic place to sleep, but management needs to address maintenance, clear instructions, and a far more reliable check-in process.

The place has nice interior, very clean, quiet. The only complaint was trying to get in place. They never sent code and the number i had to call didnt work. We had to guess the code to get in building. Then we didnt have room number so trying all the rooms to put in code. The other prople there seem to have the same problem.

No air conditioning

Room was clean and comfortable and all guests were respectful of noise. It was nice to have the couch to sit on. Not enough toilet paper, no hand soap so I guess the single hotel size shampoo was meant for double duty. The air conditioner in our room was not working properly and two calls to the answering service resulted in promises but no action so if you're planning a stay there in the heat of the summer you may want to reconsider. We did not use the kitchen or laundry facilities.
