“Clean modern room, well equipped and great locaton”

“No Air conditioning! Bar under with loud party all night long. Windows open for air. You book this room only if you want to party. Otherwise you will be kept up all night long. 90 degrees outside and hotter inside do to restaurant ovens directly under room. It was the worst experience. Jet lag turned into nightmare 😫”

“It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. ”

“got to the property wasn’t given any code and was greeted by a gentleman to let us know the landlord is advertising illegally and has no intention of actually letting people stay who pay. It was a disaster and we had to find last minute alternative accommodation i would avoid this like the plague. This shouldn’t be allowed to be advertised it’s actually all illegal and i have taken action regarding my ordeal. Never felt so unsafe in an area too!!”

Booked expecting a fairly hassle free process to book only to be asked for a photo of my passport, bank card details, home address and more (ajority of which was NOT needed) Anyway arrived to find someone parked in my reserved space in what was essentially a public car park but not the end of the world, however once i stepped through the door thats where the problem came.
