L' appartamento in ottimo stato per essere una dimora storica. Avrei preferito maggiori informazioni per la scala di legno di accesso alla camera da letto, estremamente ripida. Avrei preferito un tavolino adeguato per la colazione, quello presente è un tavolo x macchina da cucire, sebbene storico. Manca un bollitore adeguato per il latte, non solo per il the. Serve maggior manutenzione all' impianto idraulico, una pulizia ai getto del lavandino e della doccia sarebbero graditi. La regolazione del termostato è bloccata, non è possibile scaldare ulteriormente l' appartamento .Compensa però il tutto la vista dalle finestre, veramente stupenda e il paesaggio impareggiabile
