We had a fantastic stay at this bed and breakfast. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us and made us feel completely at home. The rooms were beautiful with plenty of space and great bathrooms. The breakfast table was picture perfect. As silly as it sounds, my wife and I also loved the pillows.

I travel a lot, and I believe this was the best bed-and-breakfast I’ve ever stayed at. The room was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the Ac amazing. The owner and his staff were so nice and helpful with everything plus the Owner’s mother makes this amazing pistachio cake like I’ve never tasted it before.!

A small B&B right on the sea coast. Best location for seaside dining, walking the town, local beach and shopping, a quick train ride to Rome or a taxi ride to the cruise ships. The five rooms are spectacularly designed, kept immaculately clean, and supported by the owner Loris and Ambra, the manager. They are both very friendly, full of local pride and advice, explaining everything about the property and engaging in conversation whether about local trips or the pleasures of travel. And always available but not intrusive. The daily cleaning staff combined with the design made everything look new, every day! Ambra set out a fantastic breakfast every morning and explained how we had access to anything in the kitchen / refrigerator including soft drinks is, beer, and wine (extra charge items). Try ‘room 1’ for the best view of the beach! If you want to stay with very accommodating ‘friends’ overnight or a few days… and tired of the impersonal hotels or do-it-yourself AirBnBs, try this *real* B&B and you’ll keep coming back. I know we will.

Fantastic stay. Staff was amazing and super helpful in every way, right down to transfers and directions. Breakfast was a bountiful selection of fruits and pastries and by far the best continental breakfastIi have experienced. Dont be fooled by the entrance to the place (the main building is a little run down but it looks like they are renovating some of it). the place is not just clean, but absolutely spotless. View off the sea view rooms is incredible. Cannot recommend this place enough it is a definite must if coming to cruise or Rome for that matter, only a 40 min train ride and no crowds. If more stars were available a 15/5 for sure!

Our stay at Casa sul Mare was one of the best stays we have ever experienced. We were warmly welcomed and treated like dear friends from the moment we arrived till departure. We were there the night before a cruise and due to the many positive reviews chose this property. We were so glad we did. The location, the beautiful, clean comfortable room and especially the warm welcome made our stay memorable. Our hosts, Loris and Amara were so hospitable and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Loris even fixed my husband’s watch. The breakfast was delicious and the setting was as though we were in someone’s home. Wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return.

Loris and Ambra, are the most perfect hosts, welcoming us into their beautiful accommodation with such grace and care. Loris helped get our bags up some steps and into the elevator. The balcony room was immaculate with a very modern shower room. Air con and the prettiest balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Breakfast was lovely and we met some of the other guests at breakfast who were also on our cruise.Loris organised a car to take us to the port in the morning and waited with us till it arrived. A car can also be booked to collect you from the airport to Casa Sul Mare, which will take all the hassle out of navigating the very busy airport. We were very well looked after and there is an honesty bar for wine, beer and soft drinks, and the home made pistachio cake made by Loris's mama was delicious! This luxury B&B is fully booked for a reason.... book early, you will not be disappointed.
