Loved this property so much that we returned 2.5 years later. The rooms are romantic, the breakfast buffet is exceptional, and there is much to see and do just a few steps from the hotel. Very close to the port, train station, bus station, and car rental. The Concierge will coordinate a private driver to take you to the port to board your cruise.

The staff were fantastic!! The rooms are old. Bathroom shower was sooo small and needs a complete dye over ,door kept falling off. Furniture in lobby is dirty and terribly worn. Hotel is close to restaurants and port..room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

We loved the Hotel de Ville and its location right across from the city promenade by the sea. Very walkable to all the sites in Civitavecchia. Breakfast was included and very nice. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also great restaurants near the Hotel.
