Not 4 stars, maybe 2 stars; rooms/apartments need updating, I had to clean bedside table which hadn’t been touched from previous occupants. Having said that the pool (in front of reception) and area was large and clean; buffet area was very warm, limited choice in food but okay. Staff were friendly enough but I think we were the only English couple staying there. We stayed 3 nights and that was enough for us.

The location is fantastic - we went for the eclipse and it didn’t disappoint - however the rooms themselves could use some tlc! The main pool is lovely but the bar service is slow and under staffed- even before the day of the eclipse - definitely need more bar staff - poor Sainer worked v hard with no help - bad management there as there were other staff able to help (inc managers!) but overall nice chill place - v little else around but there is a supermarket close by - food is ok - breakfast is better than the evening meal but they have everything- although as is with meals served en mass - never great 😌 Taxi to the Ciutadella was 12 euro ans well worth a visit

Two star plus at best Very spacious rooms, friendly staff and lovely views. Rooms need maintenance and air conditioning was poor. Good very average. Staff appeared stretched, too busy to ask for help. We did contact Hotels.com to request a relocation after the first night but no response was received.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful location however, the room is lacking basic facilities like the kettle and the air conditioning on the first night was broken and I had to change the room on the second day. The food and a halfboard is average or even below. The chef is running out of the main items fast. There is no proper marking for allergens. I would see this dinner to have a potential to increase the quality of the serving in the food also the staff is quite noisy. When I remove the plates it’s way too loud.

Go there for the ocean view and sunset

Apartments were pretty basic, they advertised it with a kitchen, but there is little to no utensils in there, so you won't be able to cook much unless your bring your own. There was not even a kettle available, no sponge nor dish soap. My room was next to what seemed to be a generator, so loud continuous sound on until 10 pm. Breakfast was average, orange juice is NOT the standard you'd expect from a 4 stars, some of the food did not look nor taste very fresh. Staff was friendly, pool enjoyable. Overall it can be good for 1 or 2 nights if you get yourself a room with ocean view, otherwise I would not recommend.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Seems ideal for families with easy pool access. Note the walls are quite thin so you can easily hear your neighbors. Clouds foiled our sunset mission but this hotel is in an ideal location for sunset. Easy walk to super market with enough general food items.

The staff and location were fantastic, however the property and rooms are quite dated and the rooms were not very clean, especially the floors (this is in part because they don’t vacuum which for noise is fantastic but there were lots of hairs on the floor when we arrived). I would not class this as 4 star. The food was not to our taste either but this can be rather subjective. Regardless we had a pleasant stay and the staff really were delightful.

Exceeding Expectations!!

I stayed 5 nights at SeaClub Menorca and although it is in the west of the island, it is very well located as it is only ten minutes from Ciutadella. This hotel has the best sunsets in the whole island, people came every night from other parts of the island to view the amazing sunset. In terms of personal service, all the staff at Sea Club Menorca exceeded my expectations. Everyone was remarkably professional and helped me with my needs every single time. The food for the buffet is abundant and diverse. The restaurant staff was cordial and friendly, making me feel like at home. Overall I am extremely pleased with this hotel and absolutely recommend it. Thank you Sea Club Menorca staff!!!

Les piscines étaient des plus agréables après le retour de plage, bonne température er transats accessibles. Un très bon et copieux buffet pour le petit déjeuner et dîner Chambre avec climatisation, le nécessaire est là pour passer un bon moment Mention spéciale pour la vue sur la mer et le magnifique coucher de soleil Visible depuis la pointe à quelques minutes de marche de l’hôtel

La seul point positif de cet hôtel est l'emplacement. Chambre avec des insectes dans le lit, climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, idem luminaire et television. On a eu le droit a un changement de chambre alors tout ce qui ne fonctionnait pas été réglé mais cette fois ci une chambre plus petite, pas de shampoing ni d'après shampoing et un lit en mousse sans protection de matelas. Malgré mes demandes nous n'avons rien obtenu sur ce deuxième hébergement. Pas de parking pour les clients mise a part un a 5 euros par nuit. Le buffet duvpetit déjeuner et du soir, nul, pain dur, une seule machine a café alors je vous explique même pas la queue, idem pour avoir une omelette minute. Aucune boisson n'est comprise au dîner même pas de l'eau ! Bref a fuir

Lo mejor de la estructura, la situación. Las vistas al mar y a la puesta del sol son inmejorables! Se respira en general paz, aunque hayan muchos niños. Las habitaciones me han gustado, bastante amplias, con todo lo necesario. Lo que no me ha gustado: el Wi-Fi (funciona fatal) y, sobre todo, la comida. De muy mala calidad, los zumos no se podían beber de lo malos que estaban!!!

Razoável. O AC não funcionou e a comida ao jantar muito limitada em variedade e qualidade. PA ok. Funcionários pouco eficientes ou pouco simpáticos.
