Un complexe à taille humaine. Facilité de parking. Au calme. Piscine sympa. Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. Appartement spacieux. Très propre et fonctionnel. Seul petit bémol ma literie ( canapé) moyenne. Quelques restaurants autour ou très proches. Plages et centre ville rapidement accessibles. On a passé un très bon séjour.

Haber las instalaciones precio calidad estan super bien, pero lo mejor de todo ha sido el trato personal tanto el señor Lucas como ( haber no me quiero equivocar Matias, Macario, perdoname no me acuerdo de tu nombre.. el chico que estaba por las tardes como la chica de las habitaciones que es de Zaragoza) todos ellos lo mejor de lo mejor, amabilidad serviciales, estar atentos, bueno lo mejor de lo mejor, mi promesa que volvere y seguro que volvere y sera a ese complejo que estando muy bien no seria lo mismo sin ellos. Apartamento sencillo, muy limpio. En la cocina el menaje estaba en buenas condiciones, un detalle muy de agradecer que dejen lo necesario para lavar la vajilla, etc... así como trapos. En el dormitorio variedad de almohada, dura y suave. El personal muy atento. La piscina muy limpia. Sin duda, muy recomendable y volvería a alojarme si regreso a Menorca

Personale molto gentile e affidabile stanze pulite e posto tranquillo e rilassante. A pochi minuti in macchina da ciutadella e consiglio per andare in città di parcheggiare seguendo indicazioni del porto antico vi sono grandi parcheggi e in 5 minuti a piedi si entra al centro passando dal porto soluzione strategica e zero stress

Residence semplice per una tranquilla vacanza

Residence semplice, di piccole dimensione. Piacevole la collocazione degli appartamenti attorno alla piscina. Ambiente tranquillo e rilassante. Peccato non si veda il mare, ma a poca distanza a piedi si raggiunge cala Blanes: piccola e stretta baia decisamente pittoresca. Alle reception il signor Lucas è veramente efficiente e disponibile.

Lovely place, pool area fantastic and very clean and quiet. Bus stop around the corner to take you to old town of Ciutadella. Easy transfers on public transport from Mahon Airport. Lovely local bars around both corners and a five minute walk to the busier bar/shop area. Second visit and even better this year!

Apartamentos correctos y calidad precio muy acertada. Buena piscina. Buen apartamento. Y todo muy bien. Personal agradable y tiene un pequeño supermercado cerca que es muy útil. Alguna cosa no tan buena: al ser apartamento no tienes las cosas básicas como jabón (pero si toallas y secador de pelo), y te tienes que comprar todo para utilizar la cocina etc, que si vas unos días ya lo harías igualmente pero si vas un finde no es tan práctico tener que comprar aceite, sal, fairy, papel de cocina, hasta de vater que con las 2 noches que nos quedamos solo teníamos un rollo de papel. Todo lo otro perfecto. Lo recomiendo!

Bien situado, cerca de supermercados, cala Blanc y a 3 km de Ciudatella, no tenía aire acondicionado, pero en septiembre no era necesario; el sofá del salón no era muy comodo, enseres y utensilios basicos, los muebles antiguos aunque funcionales; había papel higienico y lavavajillas. Zona de piscina y recinto muy cuidado.Cambian las toallas dos veces en semana y las sabanas una vez. Lucas muy servicial. En general le daría un 7 y volvería de nuevo

Perfetto per una vacanza tranquilla

Posto ideale per famiglie, coppie o amici tranquilli...appartamenti confortevoli, non troppo grandi ma con tutto il necessario (forno a microonde, phon, ventilatori, bidet!!) Complesso piccolo e raccolto attorno ad una piscina centrale, piccolo parco giochi e area barbecue. Composto da una trentina di appartamenti, metà a piano terra e metà primo piano. Posizione perfetta per prendere l'autobus per ciutadela, che dista 3 km circa. A 10/15 minuti a piedi si trova cala en brut, spiaggia di scogli molto carina in cui è possibile fare tuffi in un'acqua cristallina. Possibilità di noleggio auto o scooter convenzionato, a ottimi prezzi direttamente alla reception (circa 65€ al giorno senza necessità di carta di credito!!) Ma la vera marcia in più è Lucas, il gestore degli appartamenti, capisce benissimo l'Italiano e vi aiuterà in tutti i modi possibili (presta addirittura gli ombrelloni, così non dovrete nemmeno comprarlo o portarvelo!) Consigliatissimo, ci siamo trovate benissimo!

exactly what we needed

If you just need a place to get your head down and have a shower then this is perfect. Friendly manager, chilled out atmosphere, no balloons running round trying to make you dance and play volleyball, perfect location for exploring menorca. Rooms were basic but spotless, grounds were very well kept and pool was immaculate. All for 33 euro a room. Will be booking again next year.
