The hotel overall is located in a good area, near the US Consulate. Breakfast is complimentary but does have long wait times since the cafeteria is small. Staff is decent and nice. One of the elevator is getting renovated so there’s only one elevator for the whole building.

Had a 2 night stay here, hotel staff were extremely pleasant and always helpful. The room was clean and functional. The hotel, while maintained, has seen better days. The bed was not very comfortable and the couch was well worn and stained. The breakfast was adequate but we didn’t care for the coffee. Overall, good stay and good price

Everything was fine, except the staff noise at 8 am the following day, check out at 12 and well noted, i couldnt understand the need to knock o open the door at 8 am knowing the check out time. My honest opinion would he to knock at 12 after check out to verify. People are asleep not wanting to be bothered by staff at 8 am.

Regarding cleanliness I was a little disappointed. Our room had a funny smell and the walls were a little dirty. Staff was friendly and really helpful. The kitchen staff was the best, the food was delicious. Our air conditioner was loud and once in a while would let out a funky smell. Overall the staff and food made it a good experience.
