The hotel is in the best area surrounded by restaurants and fast food all within walking distance. The Missiones mall is across the street. The hotel room itself was semi clean. Very dusty, fingerprints everywhere and the shower drain did not drain well. The AC until cover kept falling exposing dirty filter.

Staff is friendly, nice and attentive. 10/10 receptionist was very help full. Thank you!! But carpet needs to be replace hotel needs attention in updating fix and repairs misilenium things in the rooms like shower heads, we got stuck in elevator. Surage smell outside every morning, must be from the construction. Breakfast ok for been included, but no decent juice or fruit options.

Breakfast offerings were minimal, so we ate most of the time at Denny's. Would be nice to have shuttle service to the airport. But, of course, your rates were cheap enough to offset those items.

Great location if you are going to the US Consulate, just a short walk. Dining options close by as well as a shopping mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. The hotel in general is quite outdated and needs some changes

Location is perfect if you are going to the USConsulate. The staff is very nice and helpful at check in, cleaners, and continental breakfast. The continental breakfast is very good. The property needs to update the carpet, elevators, ice machines and add minimum amenities. The carpet in our room was very dirty but general areas are ok.

The facilities were in poor condition, the room repairs were shoddy, and the staples poked me when I stepped on the carpet. One drawer was badly repaired, with the screw point sticking out, which was very dangerous; my wife pricked her finger. The bedroom chair was in terrible condition; we were afraid to sit on it. The curtains were also in bad shape; they didn't close properly and were dirty, with sticky patches in some areas. The only thing that saves this place is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and attentive, from the kitchen and cleaning staff to everyone in the department. The staff is fantastic!

My stay at this hotel was excellent. Its location is unbeatable for consular services, within easy walking distance of the consulate, clinics, and the Citizen Service Center (CAS). The room was spotless, the included breakfast was very good every day, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it.
