Fenced parking lot, good breakfast, I received great help from the company van driver. Please give him a raise. He was there during the day. The afternoon lady à the front desk should be more helpful. When people report problems we need solutions no excuses.

The room we had was on the 2nd floor room 302 and was at the front of the hotel and at night time would not get any sleep due to the wing place Rooster bar , the music was so loud that seemed we were at a concert. The music would play till closing time which was a little after 1:00am, this Happen every night and we booked for 12 days. The pool was closed and was just open Saturday and Sunday the days we were there. The cleaning lady was the same one every night and was very friendly and left our room spilt less.

The hotel was clean and very well taken care of. There were several restaurants right next door, which was great. The check in staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We stayed with a pet. They asked for vaccination records, which luckily I had, because we just flew in. The only down side was the early morning noise. First outside, from what I assume was a leaf blower, then directly outside our door, for what seemed like 30 minutes, with a carpet cleaner of some sort. We had our do not disturb sign on the door, and I even poked my head out the door, but the noise continued. Seems like the maintenance staff could wait until after 9 to disturb guests with louder noises. Was a bummer way to wake up after a later check in.

Convenient location bit loud due to sports bar next door. Cleanliness was bad. 1 thing is old and another dirty. Lobby had an odor when you walked in. Shower looked like it was growing mold. Walls you could see hand marks.

The property is in good shape and the beds are comfortable. I really liked the fact there is a shopping center with restaurants within walkable distance, which makes it super convenient. But with that comes a price, there is a restaurant/bar next to the hotel and their music is super loud, they don't close until 2 am so you won't be able to sleep well. One thing that made my stay awful was the staff and their customer service, we reserved 7 rooms and we came from different states for an event. We wanted to enjoy each other and get in the pool and hot tub. The first day we hot there the pool and hot tub were dirty. The following day it was clean but we asked the staff for the hot tub to be turned on because the water was cold. The first person said they didn't know how to turn it on, the second person we asked said they weren't sure it was working, then I asked on of the maintenance staff if ge could turn in on and he said he was going to ask I also asked who the manager was and he mentioned the manager was not there on weekends. They finally turned the jets on after waiting approx 2.5 hrs. Another thing the breaskfast they offer is awful even the coffee was really bad. The kitchen ladies have the worst attitude, the way they talk to you it's like if you are making their life miserable by eating there. Front staff wasn't great. The only staff that has good manners and treat you well are the housekeepers, big difference in their attitude. Also they lack a large seating area. 6/

It was a very nice hotel. The rooms were very well maintained. The first room we got had a leaky toilet, so they switched us to the room beside. The second room the fridge didn't work so the fridge was switched with the one from the first room. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to the leaky toilet. Our only issues were: 1. There was no hot water because they were working on the boiler. The problem was we only found out when we arrived, and by that time it was too late to cancel. They said it was already at a discounted price for the inconvenience, but I don't think it was. 2. Their idea of "pet friendly" is charging $1,000 pesos PER DOG! And there was no designated area to take them to do their business. The price of the room was $118 USD (approximately $2,000 pesos) PLUS $3,000 pesos for 3 dogs. Therefore we paid more for the dogs to stay than we did for ourselves!
