Every one is really friendly and helpful. Every day the workers will check if you need stuff like fresh towels or toilet treats. They will also call you to invite you on the activity they have. There is a Landry room to was clothes. The pool is really nice and refreshing. And lastly the buffet is good 10/10. I will recommend this for anyone visiting with family or for immigration purposes because it’s a 10 min walk from the consulate.

I was upgraded to a beautiful room, but there was not a refrigerator in it.. I addressed the issue with the person at the front desk, and after I explained my request, and being a frequent guest, I know there are other rooms with a refrigerator, they went out of their way to accommodate my request and find one for me. I was very grateful for it. I think it is worth mentioning the high level of customer satisfaction policy on all staff of the Maria Bonita hotel throughout all the amenities.

We arrived at around 3:00 pm Friday May 30th, at the registration desk there was 4 people working, one on the phone, the other one was reading some documents and the other 2 young ladies were visiting talking away about how are they doing and so on!!! Ignoring us completely!! I mean completely, there for we got away from the desk to waited till they finished their conversation!!! A simple hello we will be you in a minute - some type of acknowledgement! The first impression is key for customers/clients to any business!!!! Other than that our stay was good. Thank you!
