I was genuinely impressed with the property. It was clean and comfortable, with only small issues like a leaking ice machine and a stained duvet. Unfortunately, the terrible customer service ruined the stay. The front desk lady was rude and dismissive. When I asked for extra pillows for my mom, who has bad acid reflux, she questioned why we needed them and how many were already in the room. The same thing happened when I asked for extra towels it felt like an interrogation instead of basic hospitality. There was also no iron in the room. The hotel has potential, but the staff’s attitude made it a really unpleasant experience.
