Large clean rooms. Nice courtyard.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Early checkin allowed when possible. Pickup from airport went smoothly. A little bit of charm and character above the normal run-of-the-mill place. Large rooms.

Muy mala experiencia, promocionan servicio de transporte aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto pero nunca se vio el servicio, tuve que llegar en taxi y al llegar a la recepción me comentaron que no podían hacer nada de lo que había pagado, al entrar a la habitación solo algunas luces funcionaban, el aire acondicionado no sirve el control de temperatura por lo que enfría a todo o hay que apagarlo, se tuvo cortes de luz por lluvia cuando estaba viendo el partido de México quedándome sin ver partes hasta que regresaba la luz por qué no tienen planta de luz, en la mañana al meterme a bañar nunca salió el agua caliente después de esperar media hora y pues tuve que bañarme con agua fría, las toallas están más percudidas que parecen que tienen años, llame a servicio a cuartos y nadie nunca contestó, terminé comiendo una bolsa de fritos y un jugo. Por el precio tan alto que tienen no vale la pena quedarse ya que existen varios otras operaciones más económicas y con todos los servicios funcionando correctamente. Jamas regresaré ni mucho menos recomendaré ese lugar.
