Vacations Close To Ciudad de los Ninos

Todo excelente!! Muchas gracias!!

I had a wonderful stay at Gran Hotel in Mexico City! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Everyone was attentive and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The excellent cleanliness and warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

Hotel Geneve is my favourite Mexico City hotel, including for tour groups. As the owner of a tour company, it’s important to work with hotels that provide comfort and professionalism. For me, it’s not so much about expecting everything to be perfect, but how quickly and efficiently staff responds to any hiccups along the way. This hotel is wonderful and the staff make it a welcoming place. We all loved the telephone bar and their delicious snacks. The hotel bathtubs were our only concern - mainly that one of them wasn’t draining (mine was also slow), and only one of them had an anti-slip mat, but they brought one for another guest upon request. We will definitely return!

Rented two rooms here for me and my daughter. Rooms were okay. No way to turn on AC. Some well set stains on bed linen. Small gym was nice. No water in the morning. Called down and they were able to get the water issue fixed. Didn’t partake in the breakfast. Looked okay though. Upon retrieving our stored luggage and checking out they informed me I had left blood on a towel and the bathroom floor mat. Which was true. I asked how much and they said 32$ US cash. I paid and was not given a receipt. Of course this amount is ridiculous for two threadbare Walmart quality hotel towels. The next day my daughter noticed she left her AirPods behind. As we were still in CDMX we returned. We were informed that they weren’t in lost and found. We told them they were in the hotel (using FindMy). They said we couldn’t walk the hallway because of “Privacy Issues” and that sometimes housecleaning holds items a few days before turning them in (or not). When faced with FindMy evidence they finally went upstairs and found the maid who was holding the AirPods.

Hotel was clean and staff was incredibly friendly. The area was quiet with minor car activity that died down around 10pm. Location was great for transportation and walking too. Balcony was a little dusty so you will need your own slippers if you want to sit out. Washing machine worked great, drying a little tougher.

Everything was perfect!

Everything from the location to the staff was lovely. An overall excellent space with lots to do around and having laundry access was very helpful when it came to packing lighter. The only downside was because our room was on the bottom floor, there was a slight lingering musty smell; which due to the humidity and being on the bottom level. Wasn't a major deal for my stay but could be for others. All in all, would recommend and return.
