“What a great place , staff was super helpfull and help us with a guide for a day (ask for Nancy she is the best). The hotel is clean and the rooms are big and comfortable. As Dali's old town is closed for cars please contact the hotel a day before you arrive so they can help you with the suitcases. ”

“I had the room on the 2nd floor with the view over the lake. The room was clean and impeccable, I slept amazingly well, with no noise and a great bed. The hotel is not in the old town of Dali, but in less than an hour drive you can reach all you want and you avoid the crowds. ”

On our day of departure he was even kind enough to drop us off at a halal restaurant for lunch on the way to the train station in his personal vehicle. “The breakfast was great. There is a neighborhood cat that comes over at breakfast and it’s very cute. The staffs are very personal. It’s like living at a friend’s home. The sea view was amazing from the room. I could see the beautiful sunrise and sunset over Erhai everyday! The area is very clean and quiet but it is a little far from the tourist spots like ancient towns. ”
