The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The check-in process went smoothly and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful. The parking is watched over by a security guard and gated.

The facilities were wonderful, we just didn't realize how far it was from the city of Tijuana, and it is in the middle of an industrial zone, so the views are not really pretty.

By far one of the best city express hotels I've stayed at. However since they're still working in the building (since it is brand new) they didnt let me sleep after 7am when they started hammering and drilling. But the hotel itself is great all together. The all new smell is always great.
