Staff were very friendly, room was exceptional. Breakfast superb.
Wonderful stay! Very comfortable bed, cozy room and hot shower. We so enjoyed our stay, the morning breakfast is delicious. We had dinner one evening and enjoyed a set menu. As a celiac, I was pleasantly surprised that the majority of the menu was gluten free. We would definitely stay here again!
Everything. The staff are so friendly, the room clean and comfortable. Great breakfast cooked to order and evening meals we had were delicious.
It’s a cosy little oldie worldly pub with 2 open fires, was nice and quiet when we went with a few locals in of an evening. Owner very helpful. Would recommend 👍
Lovely area. Good location for morning walk in the countryside with a very nice breakfast. Super cozy pub

Very friendly welcome, comfortable room with luxurious bed linen, delicious food - I had supper and breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and what’s more, kindly found my left-behind glasses so I could return to collect them. Great customer service.
Cosy room, great breakfast and really friendly staff.

Had a great night’s stay. The room was spotlessly clean thanks to Tina’s hard work. And breakfast was delicious. Very impressed with the selection and the hot choices from the menu. Kate who was on breakfast service was great and recommended a lovely walk before I headed off.
This property by far is the best I have stayed at all week. The staff are amazing and the property is finished to a high standard. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
I had a pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the blinds and window seals were a bit dusty, which triggered my allergies and caused frequent sneezing.
Lovely pub in a quiet village, fantastic staff and great food. Very dog friendly. We had a lovely stay

The room was small but spotless! The breakfast however was disgusting! Waited more than 1/2 hr ! Bacon was like cardboard ! Sausage tasted awful , one bite and should have spat it out but swollowed . Poached eggs 1 ok 1 hard! Enormous amount of muchrooms. Butter for toast when opened was liquid !! Definitely would not recommend! - refund would be appreciated. Felt sick all morning. Husbands wasn’t any better - he had the full English.
Such a gorgeous little country pub. Meals were delicision (and huge). The Yorkshire Pudding with the Sunday roast was the biggest I've ever seen.
Accommodation was lovely, comfortable and quiet.
Highly recommend.
