Staff were really lovely and helpful. Partner has a dairy allergy, dining staff and chef catered and adapted the menu to suit. Spa was excellent again staff were lovely. Our room was a little tired round the window, and bed could do with new mattress abit lumpy. but over all beautiful place and with well maintained gardens. Would definitely go back

Room 39 nice, view of trees and carpark, very comfortable and quiet. Enjoy free parking. Windows in the Restaurant were filthy, shows up when very sunny. Otherwise hotel very clean. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice - had an Agency Chef (info via Reception) not good at taking our/other Patrons breakfast requests. Reception very helpful. Would recommend local Indian Restaurant Rasoi for dinner.

Didn't like that we couldn't control temperature in our room. We also couldn't open the window all the way to cool down the room at least at night. It was too warm with not enough air circulation.
