It was ok, the gentleman (staff member) at the desk was extremely nice for check in and very welcoming. The top bedding cover had a stain on it and the picture seems nicer than in reality could use some updating.

We had a great stay, yes, the presidential suite is maybe a bit dated -BUT- that took nothing away from the stay itself. The staff we interacted with were friendly. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again.

We originally checked in for a room and when we got up to it, the fridge didn’t work. Went back to the receptionist as we were heading out for supper and asked that they fix it while we were gone. Instead they switched our room to across the hall - no problem, the fridge worked. There were 2 light bulbs burnt out in the bathroom and some of the coffee in the holder was open/gone. Otherwise we loved the hotel, the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, and how big the room was! We will stay again and hopefully be able to book the Presidential Suite we saw!

Staff member was courteous and friendly. The room had an old smell of smoke imo, there was black hairs in the shower and shower wall that were not from myself or friend (both females) there were hairs and what appeared to be very small drips of blood on the side of sink. Grossed me out. Beds were fine (double bed ) floor seemed dusty and that grossed me out as well. Continental breakfast was a good selection and yummy. Pool and gym were not in service either :( Thank you.
