This hotel was ok for going to the Cincinatti open. I wasn't there to often. Staff was fine and quickly replaced the key I lost at the tournament no problem. Breakfast was ok had all the staples, etc. Parking was adequate. Good mid level hotel to stay at.

The outside of the building looks new and has gorgeous landscaping. Our room smelled musty and the bathroom floors were really gross. I would not stay here again, given the price I paid.

Perfect place to stay for a quick trip to Mason. Affordable and nice enough to warrant no major complaints. The room was aesthetically pleasing and clean (for the most part). Only thing that made me raise an eyebrow was a small stain on the sheets, but honestly I did not mind. The king sized bed gave me plenty of room to avoid it. I did have to go ask the front desk for body wash and shampoo, but it wasn't that big of a deal because of how friendly the staff was. Overall, this was a very pleasing stay, and if I came back to the area, I would stay here again.

We always stay at this hotel and we're in town especially when we have our furry daughter Mabelel with us. It was nice and clean they put us in a room at the end on the first floor so we could take her in and out easily. We always enjoy our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One thing that really stood out was that they offered complimentary bottled water, while many hotels charge high prices for it. This is a very good hotel for a reasonable price.
