This place is so much more than a motel. It’s like a premier hotel and a friendly family bed & breakfast had a baby. Breakfast in the old farmhouse with eggs cooked in the kitchen right by the white-tablecloth dining room feels very cozy. Staff are so pleasant and it’s clearly a family affair. At the same time the rooms are pristine with comfortable plush bedding, Keurig, and mini-fridge. I plan to go again soon.

This property is an old facility but is maintained very well. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. It is a quaint motel. Was a step back in time that I can appreciate. Room still had actual keys to the doors. The front desk was still operating with hand written details rather than technology. We would stay again.

Perfect for a family weekend trip to King’s Island. Clean, comfortable and close drive to the park. Also, convenient to the tennis tournament that was going on. Sweet family owned business. Great breakfast and pretty gardens.

Older but clean…the staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast made it even better. This is not your standard free hotel breakfast. Eggs, Sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. is was more like a Bed and Breakfast! Close to Kings Island. This is where we will stay every time we come to Kings Island!

We stayed here for the Cincinnati open and though it's a little bit of an older hotel, it was extremely clean and quaint. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and everyone was so nice. It's much better than your commercial hotels because they have an outside gazebo and tables to sit outside, surrounded with a fireplace and trees. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the Kirkwood Inn! Staff very helpful and friendly. Room and beds very clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was outstanding and delicious. Nice selection of pastries, fruit and the hot breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, pancakes. Coffee, juice etc. was available too. Located in Mason it was easy to get to Kings Island as well as Lebanon and the Golden Lamb. Great stay for the money!!!

We booked this hotel at the last minute for a lacrosse tournament and were very pleased. The staff was very courteous and helpful, the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was the best we’ve had in a hotel. We will definitely be back.
