The house was clean, but needed a lot of updates. Needed new carpet upstairs, lots of stains, there was a drawer in the upstairs kitchen with no cover and had exposed nails, and the king size bed in the downstairs was collapsed in the middle so we rolled to the middle of the bed. It was a nice neighborhood though and close to lots of things to do.
