Kids being very loud running up & down the stairs, pounding on doors & running away, the staff was right on it but, the kids did it again as soon as staff left the floor, Staff was very nice, but not a peaceful night. After 11pm it quieted down.

The room was comfortable, but our microwave was taped shut. We also asked for fresh towels twice and never received any. Also, we expected the indoor pool to be heated and it was definitely not. Expected more from this stay.

Over the stay was pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. All things considered the actual facility was good. They were running low on pillows so it was a good thing we brought our own. They had an outdoor firepit that we were excited to utilize, however the propane was empty and the maintenance personnel responsible for changing it was not available until the next night after our checkout. The biggest issue was a vehicle break in that resulted in some items being stolen. Because of that, I will likely not stay in this particular area again.

The only issue I had was when we checked in, I could not have the room that I reserved on the Expedia app. The front desk told me that since i didn't reserve on the Hilton web site, I was NOT guaranteed the Specific room Amenities. I am disabled and in a wheelchair, I specifically reserved the roll in shower room on Expedia but did not get it. Once I checked in, I had no other choice than to take the room available. IF that was told to me on Expedia I missed it. Why Does this happen? I wasn't asking for something that was not necessary.

The customer service Jesse and Ryan's provided us was amazing. We got there a lot after 3:00 had 3 rooms booked one room wasn't ready but Jesse went ahead cleaned the room instead of waiting on the housekeeper who was doing the best she could. Gave us waters had free comfort and tea all day. Breakfast was good established the breakfast sandwiches. My only complaint was the indoor pool was freezing.

We arrived at 445pm check in is 3pm. We check in get our luggage unpacked only to get to the room and housekeeping hasn’t even cleaned it yet. So we put our luggage in our friends room who mind you didn’t have reservations like we did and their room was ready . Then I put there would be 3 of us in our room and they have enough towels for one person! The pool area; no towels, the drain was not draining and there was an inch plus of water all around the pool and going out the door into the lobby! Plus side breakfast was good, rooms were cleanish- and beds were comfortable. But for 190$ for one night we expected more!

We stayed @ Home2Suites through the Christmas holiday and we're delighted with the accommodations. The room was spacious, we had all we needed to reheat & serve our preplanned holiday meals. The hotel was running on a short staff so most could be with their families but the service we received was outstanding and all employees were so nice. Would recommend to anyone!

The room was nice and spacious. The bed was hard and the springs were bothering me. The shampoo was empty and their was only half of a toilet paper. Their were stains on the curtains for the closet and in the bathroom shower. The receptionist was super sweet and overall the hotel was nice. I didnt get to use the amenities due to a lot of people being there but they looked nice as well.
