The staff were pleasant. The rooms filthy as if they were never cleaned. The linen was dirty. Hair everywhere. Food crumbs everywhere. The counters were never wiped down. I lifted the mattress and saw a huge disgusting stain. They just flipped the mattress and threw on a pad. No soap. The rooms were updated, but the maintenance of the property and the rooms were nonexistent. They need to do better. We canceled our stay because of the filth.

I stayed at the hotel for the Cincinnati Open. It was close enough to go back and forth but also near lots of restaurants. I will say one of the beds had a stain on the comforter. The curtains were dingy and dirty and need to be replaced or cleaned. The bathroom was not deeply cleaned as it should have been and the AC unit was hard her adjusted at first. The gym was under repair so most of the treadmills didn’t work and it needed to be cleaned. The WiFi wasn’t the greatest and I barely had service. Overall the bed was comfortable and it was good for a short stay as I was not in the room as much. A few things need to be adjusted for it to be 5 stars.
