Hotel was as pictured on the sight and was a very nice stay. Pool was heated but still a little chilly in my opinion but that didn’t stop us from enjoying. Location was ideal for your baseball tournament we were in town to attend. Would stay here again.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows for me were not. Ended up running down to the store and buying one. Not hotels fault, just personal preference. Staff we encountered was great, especially Courtney! Only complaint we really had was the pool seemed dirty and needed skimmed. Will absolutely stay here again if we wind up needing a hotel in the area again.

This property was well located for us for our three night stay in Cincinnati. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable, which are the two things I care most about. The breakfast area is a cut above those found in many chain hotels. Nothing out of the ordinary about the food items, but the area itself was clean, inviting, and spacious
