For both Sunday morning breakfast experiences, in the past month, has been less than satisfactory. Breakfast is from 7am until 10am. I expect to have coffee and fruit, at the very least at 9am. Coffee is essential to most travelers and should be prepared in advance, especially on Sunday mornings. Very disappointed.

Property was near our events and close to some shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. Our room was nice, but the hotel is under construction. We were awaken to sounds of banging on our floor and had to walk through hallways being plastered and painted to get to the lobby

Great minus strange smell...

Excellent service and treatment from staff. The hotel was very clean, however the room we had did have a strange smell. You would get used to it after being in the room for about 5 or 10 minutes but every time we left and returned we would get reminded of that first impression smell.

Staff was super friendly, room had weird smell like mildew maybe they need to clean filter on air conditioner. There were some guests hanging in lobby all thru the Night and felt uncomfortable to get ice and use microwave when they only have 1 in the lobby.

Lady at front desk was very sweet and helpful. The room was filthy though. I am not going to go into details, but let’s just say the hotel needs to be replaced with a new one. Very dirty and worn out. We left and did not stay. Our money was refunded and we appreciated that.

We missed the cancellation time by 12 hours. I called the hotel to change the date because my son’s move to Cincinnati was postponed. They would not help me at all. I was charged the full amount for the room and had to book another room. I will not stay at a Marriott again!

Beds are not good...old mattresses. Pillows smelled so bad we had to ask for replacements which we got immediately. Lamp between beds did not work and couldn't be fixed. What's wrong with housekeeping??? Nice staff and excellent location. Wil not stay here again.
