The room was not the cleanest. There was dirt on the floors, hair on the bathroom floor and tub. There was no hot water. Our roomed smelled like fish and the mini fridge smelled like fish. Staff was a little nosy while cleaning rooms in the morning witch woke us up. There was no breakfast offered no mention of a pool or anything else. The guy at the front desk who checked us in was very friendly. I don't think it was worth what we paid for two nights and hoping we get our deposit back that we didn't know about until check in. It wasn't the worst but it could have been better, the price is a little high don't think we would stay here again. Would definitely like a partial refund on it at the very least the deposit back.

It was awful. Air didn’t work. The room smelled like basement mildew. The bedding felt damp from how moist the air was. It was gross. I left immediately and requested a refund. That didn’t sound promising at all. Stayed here years ago when everyone was booked and it was clean and no complaints.

The room met my expectations, the check in was fast and easy. The staff was polite. It was clean from check in to hallways to the room itself. I saw others reviews before coming here and I don’t see the same issues they were talking about. I had a good experience. We booked here for the Bengals game and would come here again.

Nice Stay, Good Service

Room was listed as non-smoking but smelled of cigarette smoke and we're both non-smokers. The hairdryer in the room had frayed wired, but thankfully we didn't have 2 use it, I'm sure if we had said something about it they would have taken care of it. The customer service was very good.

This location is not what the photos depicted! Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the property itself was more of a trap house. The beds were okay for the most part but the shower was disgusting and the handle was broken, the tv had a white line through the middle of the screen and there was no iron in the room. Would not recommend and will not be staying here again.

The staff was helpful when I asked to switch rooms because there was no AC in the original; and then the Maintenance man was amazing and brought my daughter and I a mini fridge because our 2nd room didn’t have one. They are redoing the property so it’s a work in progress. But overall it wasn’t a bad stay. Breakfast could use some work, the only things offered are fruit loop and Frosted Flakes, some bread, yogurt
