The bathroom was dirty. Hair on the toilet and floor. Roaches in the room. And when I went to open the door tonkeave one was crawling in. The door to the adjoining room was unlocked. When I let front desk know her response was " I can believe it housekeeping walked out" Now I'm wondering was the the "bedding even clean?". I do feel like I deserve a refund of some sort. NO I do not want a free room or points towards a room. I promise I want stay at another Comfort Inn.

I booked this room hours in advance but it was still not "cleaned" until well after check-in, and only then because the front desk lady said she'd do it herself. We then went in to inspect the room and immediately found a baby roach in the bathroom. We then found another one in every drawer we opened. When we told the staff about it, they said they couldn't do anything because there were no other rooms. They eventually said they'd refund the room but I've still not received any indication that they have done so.

We ended up leaving after a few hours. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and gross. I did not want my not quite 2 year old grandson who was traveling with us staying there. The front desk staff attempted to be helpful but multiple room keys did not work. Then one of the room doors was hard to open bc you had to turn the handle up instead of down. We had two rooms and a spray bottle with cleaning fluid was in one of them. This could have been dangerous if it had been discovered by a toddler. All in all, terrible experience; I don’t want to ever stay at a Comfort Inn again.

The air conditioning filter was very dirty and the room had stuffy odor as result. We rinsed the filter in bathroom. The back door entrance was not kept locked which we felt was security issue.

one of the dirtiest places i’ve seen, i’m surprised it’s not shut down. got one room and walked in to smelling cigs and dirty bed and trash on the ground. complained and got another room and it was the same thing and just got a refund and left. also the pictures on Expedia app the rooms did not match up at all

The room was so filthy that we couldn’t stay. The floors were sticky, the bathroom was disgusting, even the mattress had stains on it. We had to move to another hotel, and they would not refund our money. I would not recommend it AT ALL.

The keys didn’t work. The girl tried but never could get us 2 working keys. The sink and tub had hair and unidentifiable black stuff. There was a plastic bag wrapped around the bathroom pipe. The sheets had blood stains. The floor was filthy. Very disappointed as I believed I was making a safe choice with a Comfort.

It was discouraging that there was so much rust and just shoddy looking fixtures in bathroom and the upholstery on table chairs was cracked and broken in places with stuffing showing. Also, while it was fine not to have fresh linens & towels each day, we did not understand why the bed was not made. This was a very basic room for shelter that thankfully was clean, but was shabby and not welcoming, I’m sorry to say.

The room was booked for 3 people for 2 consecutive nights. The hotel had 4 baths towels only when I had requested ahead of time for extra towels. We knew we wouldn't have maid / room service so I requested the add'l towels so we didn't have to track down housekeeping. The front desk associate gave me 4 towels and 4 more hand towels. I think it was a language barrier perhaps for the misunderstanding. Once in the room we were underwhelmed. Floor was somewhat messy ( not mopped or cleaned) and the lights were both UNPLUGGED....we had to find the cords and plug them in ourselves. The toilet lid was loose and there was no back up toilet paper. The worse part was the 2 cockroaches I killed IN the bathroom. Breakfast was very disappointing. Some fresh fruit, yogurt,.dry cereal with bagels were accompanying runny eggs and mildly warm sausage links.We.enxed up getting breakfast OUT both mornings to have our nutrition. When I checked out I mentioned the issues in the room and the nice young lady stated she would note the account. I have zero confidence this happened. I have stayed in this location 2 times previously when in the area visiting family with no issues. It is clear the property is not being maintained.....from the elevator, walls, outside landscaping, room appearance and food area set up. The lack of someone at the front desk in the hotel also was concerning. Perhaps this is the normal acceptance for the brand now. We won't stay here again.

It was ok. I was expecting better for a suites hotel. Front desk was rarely staffed, but just a phone call away. We had to have our room keys reprogrammed twice & the door handle was probably broken. The air was noisy. The bed was not the best, but I slept fine. The shower water went more in the tub than the shower head. It was just OK. I didn’t make it to breakfast, but it looked nice.

The staff was very nice and accommodating when our room keys didn’t work. However, the facility wasn’t very clean. Our room was not cleaned well prior to our arrival because there were hairs in the shower and behind the faucet. Our feet were black from the dirty floor. We were visiting our son who recently moved there so we probably won’t choose this hotel for our next trip.
