Had a really nice stay. I was only there one night mostly for the outlets but I really enjoyed the pool and breakfast. The pillows and bedding are absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Walls are thin so you can hear everything especially everything above you. The staff was very friendly. They did seem to enforce quiet hours in the hallways. The breakfast area looked good but we did not eat there. The water pressure was awesome in the shower & there was sufficient toiletries. I don’t blame the hotel for the acoustics, I have found more and more hotels this way. It is the cheaper way of building these days

I was in town for the Cincinnati ATP/WTA 1000 Masters Tennis Tournament and the property was 18-minutes from the Venue. I had eateries that was in walking distance. The Hotel Staff was attentative and addressed our requests promptly. Value was very acceptable for the 4-day stay.
