The room was just okay. I felt the rooms were in need of a good deep clean. To be honest, the rooms really need to be updated. needed a good update. In my opinion, the entire hotel could benefit from a good overhaul. Being close to Kings Island is a plus.

Desperately needs updated. We checked out early as well because the beds were so unbelievably uncomfortable that it was hard to sleep at all. Our room smelled like smoke, ac unit didn’t want to keep up well, and the elevator seemed like it was on its last leg. The pool was good though and was a plus since it was indoors.

Very family friendly and affordable with hot breakfast included and 24/7 complimentary coffee. Polite staff and amazing beds! We were vert pleased with this hotel! Badminton Wyndam is going to be our regular home away from home when visiting Kings Island as it is just around the corner!

The person who checked us in was friendly. Upon arriving in the room there was a huge cricket that I had to chase down and take care of. The room smelled slightly of mold which as an asthmatic that wasn’t easy for me. Breakfast was very minimal and no one was available for me to check out with personally. So if you pay your deposit in cash don’t leave even if they aren’t there because you will forfeit it if you can’t come back within 48 hours…I gave it 3 stars though because for the price it wasn’t too bad. The mold is a big issue though!

We (and others) had to stand at the front desk for several minutes before someone came to check us in. Upon arriving in our room, the front panel of the vanity was missing and leaning against the wall in our closet area. They did have some hot breakfast items which was a plus since I was only expecting a continental breakfast but there was a sign say no breakfast items were allowed in the rooms, where there are tables within the rooms to eat at. If you’re just going there to sleep, it definitely works. The bed was comfortable and I had no issues in that regard.
