Brie was great and customer service outstanding

The location was great! Breakfast buffet was not good at all. The shower was not clean. You could see mold on the shower floor and around the sink. The staff tried to be helpful.

Good location. Friendly staff. Happy to stay again. Half the rooms have been modernised our friends were in them. We stayed in the older rooms with more space.

The breakfast was good, lots of options to chose from depending on your personal preference. Location is convenient for not only accessing menaggio, but also the other many towns along the lake. The ferry makes for easy access across the lake. The Piazza is a roughly 20 minute walk from hotel. Its uphill the whole way back but not too bad. You can also drive down, but parking can be tricky if not there early enough. The room was ok, but was a bit tired, worn and in need of renovation. The balcony with partial view of the lake was nice, especially in the morning for sunrise. The room offers little sound muffeling and you could hear the toilets flushing, people opening and closing doors or coughing. The staff were friendly, kind and doing their best to acomodate. Though it felt like they were understaffed and trying to manage a lot. The pool is nice.
