“Excelent views. Really poor service from the staff. Check in staff left us waiting for no reason and pretended not to have noticed we were waiting for them. We were the only ones at the the lobby staring at them with bags on tow. We even put down our names on the ipad with their waiting list system for check in. “Clean rooms. Very friendly owner. Bit painful on the back if you are not used to sleeping without a mattress but I guess that is part of the hanok experience. Toiletries and basic kitchen needs available. Limited transport and dining around the area. Cannot figure out the opening times of the restaurants as well.
