Breakfast was a joke. Very few cereal and toast options. Coffee out the first day. Hot tub broken despite being told before booking that everything worked. Also was told roll away bed available, but when we arrived was told they dont do this. Also will not clean room daily even upon request. Will only clean every 3rd day. Will bring towels daily if requested every morning. Pool and hot tub also dirty. 2nd day 4-5 cop cars were arresting someone. 2nd night was kept awake by loud music in the area at 2 am to 5 am. Overall poor quality place.

El hotel es aceptable. Las sábanas y toallas eran blancas y se veían y olían frescas. El personal de recepción es respetuoso y eficiente. El personal de limpieza de habitaciones podría necesitar un poco de capacitación por parte de la gerencia en cuanto a la atención al detalle. Por ejemplo, al entrar a mi habitación, me invadió el olor a productos de limpieza, pero había muchas señales de que se habían pasado por alto algunos aspectos de la limpieza; por ejemplo, había gotas de cera por todo el escritorio. Un poco molesto, pero lo limpié yo mismo y seguí con mi día. Se lo comuniqué a la recepción. El encargado me lo agradeció y me aseguró que solucionaría el problema de la limpieza. Reserve con al menos 4 o 5 semanas de anticipación.

Nunca vimos ningún desayuno. Al entrar al baño había una cucaracha en la tina, una toalla de manos estaba “tiesa” colgada de la cortina, baño con evidencia de suciedad, no había jabón para las manos. No mantienen el orden de los demás huéspedes, mucho escándalo y habitaciones con música elevada hasta altas horas de la noche. No pienso volver a hospedarme ahí.

La habitación y el lugar todo bien, limpieza, espacio del cualquier y la alberca aunque no entre se miraba limpia…. Lo único malo es el ruido, las ventanas están tan delgadas que se escucha todo el ruido de afuera muy fuerte, creía estaba mi ventana abierta y cual fue mi sorpresa al ver que estaba cerrada. La gente hizo mucho ruido hasta altas horas de la noche, clientes con sus perros ladrando y gritando hasta las 2-3 am. Yo sé no pueden tener un control sobre el comportamiento de la gente, pero tal vez deberían revisar las ventanas para que el ruido sea menos.
