The staff was excellent and helpful. The room was ok. You get what you pay for, so no complaints there. It was clean and comfortable for the most part. Windows can use drapes to darken the room, it only had shutters and too much light comes through the edges and some slats not closed very well. Bathroom is clean but old, I needs some remodeling soon. But overall, for the price range was not bad. Every thing is near buy.

well the staff was really sweet, i loved how calm our stay was since the area is lively for sure, our floor was reallyy sticky but they have a lot of accommodations like a laundry area, microwave and mini fridge, it's not luxury but it's not the worst hotel i've been to. The mural is so beautiful on the building, it's a good place if you are on a budget, thankyouuu

The location is sketchy, we stayed there for an entire week due to our shower at home being renovated only to be stuck in a room with NO HOT WATER. We requested to get a different room and always had the same answer that they were fully occupied even though there was online availability. A couple of the FD staff were nice and offered a solution to reset their water heater for us. However 70% of the time we received an “answer” stating that the water is as hot as it can get, which wasn’t even luke warm. They even said comments such as “well we don’t know how hot you want it, but it’s hot”. One person at the FD even said that the side of the building we were in, didn’t have hot water and people always complain. It’s actually illegal to not provide hot water or a room replacement in a hotel. Worse hotel stay ever. I asked to speak with a manager multiple times and was never able to be connected with her.

The room was fine. 4 days no hot or even warm water for bathing. Three complaints to staff one response. Let it run. The longer we did the colder it got. Autisicvson developed rashes because he refused to take a cold shower.

Parking was easy and secure, staff(ARIANA) was amazing, the other front desk pregnant lady was absolutely rude. I have auto immune diseases so I was freezing in my room hit my son & ex husband don't do u need more blankets, she gone ask my ex husband doesn't the heater in the room work, she refused to give us towels & said that house cleaning can do it. She was horrible. But everything else was phenomenal and Ariana was phenomenal.

The rooms were very clean, staff were somewhat friendly but seemed like they weren’t on the same training page. We did not have hot water in our room our first night and the staff couldn’t fix it, but than the next night staff stated they had to turn it on. The whole experience was okay, but we won’t be returning.

When we first checked in and went into our room we were given a dirty room someone had just checked out of. We had to go back and get another room. Second room was spacious and clean. Overall it was calm and quiet so we appreciated that. Housekeeping tried to barge in at 8:30 am and woke us up even though check out was 11am.
