The staff was lovely. Aster at the front desk was especially patient and helpful.
The one issue I had was my bed sheets and pillow cases had not been changed. The sheets were wrinkled, clearly slept in, and both the pillow cases and sheets smelled strongly of body odor. I alerted the front desk right away and they promptly corrected this. This is a big issue for me.
Other than that, the restaurants had excellent food and service, the indoor saltwater pool was spectacular, and I very much enjoyed the Veilbreaker Skybridge Tour.
