“The condo was at the bottom of a long hill, not good for seniors. The shower unit needs repairing - two substantial leeks. Upon arrival all towels were quite wet and rolled up at the end of the beds soaking wet. The pillows had barely any filling in them. Otherwise, clean and well stocked kitchen. ”

“SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. ”

“The property was conveniently located across the street from bus#9 and several blocks from coffee shop, train/bus station and supermarket. When we arrived the twin bed was broken along with two door handles. The owner was aware but never addressed it. We just received automated messages since they were out of town. We were only supplied with one garbage bag and dishwasher pod. There was no soap, wine opener or wine glasses. Overall the apartment was ok for a few days. ”

“The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

“Not a great experience. The management company waited to send the log in instructions until the check in day and, as luck would have it, I had bad phone service that day. They didn't want to give me the entrance instructions until I paid the hefty cleaning fee --which I couldn't do because I had terrible phone service.
