It was amazing! The location is fabulous - right next to the gardens and a few cafes. It was also clean and quiet, with a little kitchenette. I had some reservations about checking into a hotel without the front desk on site, but it was extremely easy to navigate! Plus, I had a car in the evening to start a drive in the morning, and there was free street parking nearby.

The room was fine. The major draw back was the lack of an elevator. Im 74 and had one heavy piece of luggage. I was assigned to room 9 on the third floor. That meant dragging that piece of luggage a long way. It should be noted in your advertising, no elevator. The place had no real feel, no common spaces for guests to meet and chat. Design-wise, it was good.
