The Sudima group of hotels seems to be very consistent with very thoughtfully designed rooms, and VERY helpful staff who truly go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay experience. The hotel was well situated near the Hagley Park and walkable to the town center for lots of dining and shopping options. Will certainly be keeping an eye out for this hotel chain next time we are in New Zealand.

The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional, which made a real difference to our stay. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of variety and more than enough to choose from.
